status as trustees of defendant corporation, for an accounting by the individual defendants, for the appointment of a receiver,
and certain other relief. At the opening of the trial, the court, William A. Anderson, Judge, sustained defendants' objection
to the reception of any testimony on the ground that the complaint did not state a cause of action, and dismissed the action.
